Schumm.online ships to all states within the United States. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or we have sent the wrong product.

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days once your order has been shipped.

Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days for shipping purposes.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, postal delays, or high-demand periods. If your package is delayed, please wait for the estimated delivery time to pass before contacting us.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Schumm.online is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout, contact us immediately at [email protected] or +1 08 – 365 – 0236. We can update the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Schumm.online is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
